Barking Cat Brewing Co. will produce world-class beers using traditional and innovative brewing techniques. As a company, BC will strive to create unique beers with influences from the U.S., Belgium, Germany, & the United Kingdom.
Once established, the BC taproom will offer its primary beers along with a wide variety of seasonal/specialty beers. BC will have a "nitrogen tap," which allows for finer carbonation, a creamier consistency and an overall better flavor. BC will also produce meads, ciders, and gluten-free beers.
In time, BC plans to increase the amount of beers available to patrons by adding to the taproom and by distributing its beer through local distributors.
While not currently brewing commercially, BC has a great line-up of craft beers with more in development.
